CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

What is the earliest I can Check – in?

Guaranteed check – in time is 2pm. If the room is available earlier, guests can check in anytime after 10:00am.

What if I arrive after hours?

Please notify Reception by email or telephone of your estimated arrival time. We will arrange for the security guard to show you to your room.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, complimentary onsite parking is available.

Is Nasama Resort's rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms are non-smoking

Do you have wheel chair accessible rooms?

You will need to inform Reception prior to arrival of your preference for a wheelchair accessible room. A wheelchair can fit in the bathroom and we can arrange a plastic chair for you in the shower. Please note there is a lip in the shower and it does not have an additional railing. Room 101-104 is preferred.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time. Cancellations received less that 48 hours will result in a 100% charge of the total booking cost.

When will I be charged the cost of the booking?

The total cost of the booking will be charged to your credit card 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Do you have any restaurants?

Yes, we have two onsite restaurants. Café Vila Restaurant & Bar offers casual fine dining. Open from 7am – 9pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Three Pigs Restaurant and Bar is a casual dining venue open from 5pm and specializes in craft burgers, Neapolitan pizza and modern aged Mexican food.

Do you have room service?

Room service is offered during restaurant opening hours for a fee of 500vt.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, Wifi is complimentary and available in all rooms and within the range of the pool.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a BBQ area located behind the pool, complimentary for in house guests.

How easy is it to get public transport?

Buses run regularly and can be caught right in front of the resort. 

You will need to hail down a van with the letter B on the registration plate and tell the driver where you are going. Buses are 150vt/person ($1.80AUD) 

How far is it to town/CBD?

It takes 7 minutes to drive to town. 

How far is it to the nearest supermarket?

Au Bon Marche No.2 is the largest supermarket in Port Vila and is only a 5 minute drive. 

Can you snorkel in the ocean in front of the resort?

Guests can access some of the best snorkeling in Efate right in front of the resort when the ocean conditions are right.
